Cutting-edge techno out of Berlin, run like a platform, not a party.
BCCO started as a Berlin techno collective and grew into a label and event brand with its own stages, releases and a shop that ships worldwide. We helped build the operating system behind it: booking, releases, merch and community on one backbone, so the culture scales without losing its edge.
Grow the scene without selling it out
A collective runs on trust and taste. Turning that into label releases, festival stages and a shop with customers on every continent means contracts, logistics, release pipelines and cash flow, everything a scene usually keeps at arm's length. The brief was simple to say and hard to do: build the structure, keep the credibility.
One backbone, four verticals
We shaped BCCO into four connected verticals, label (releases and artist development), events (club nights to open-air stages under the BCCO banner), shop (vinyl, merch and drops) and streams (recorded and live sets). Shared systems for booking, release planning, fulfilment and community, one creative direction on top.
Every vertical feeds the next. A release becomes a night, the night becomes a stream, the stream sells the record and the shirt. That loop is what turns a crew into a platform.
A stage of its own
BCCO now runs as a self-sustaining engine for contemporary electronic culture, with its name on the LED wall instead of on a flyer.
